"We really appreciated your help planning our trip to Florida including our kids' first trip on an airplane. While going to Disney is something a lot of people do, we took on the extra challenge of adding on a few days to go to Universal Studios, Sea World, and visiting relatives along the Atlantic Coast and in the Florida Keys. We could have used the internet to figure out what options we had and then booked the flights, hotels, car rental, and theme parks ourselves. Working with you was a much better experience. We still spent time prepping for the trip, but we didn't spend it figuring out what property would work for us at Disney, figuring out when to pick up the car, or what flights will work given that we flying in and out of different airports. We instead spent that time with the kids looking at park websites to see what attractions they would enjoy. By the time the trip came, they were extremely excited and we were very prepared. Although we have traveled before and Tim has traveled many times for work, we still found many of the hints and tips you gave us very valuable. Small suggestions like the offsite parking, TSA pre-check, and Disney photo pass made a significant difference. Our kids loved their first long-distance trip.

"My wife and I decided to take our two teenage daughters on an all-inclusive Caribbean vacation over the Christmas holiday. We have not been out of the country with the teens before, nor have we done an all-inclusive in over 20 years. We initially had met with a travel rep from a larger name Madison area company and had a very lukewarm, discouraging experience. A friend recommended us to Sue and See Your World Adventures. Sue was very helpful to us. She really made this pretty easy for us through excellent communication, being proactive, informative, and excited for us. We ended up in Punta Cana, DR for a week and it was excellent. A few specifics: Sue helped us navigate the many different resort options. She monitored prices for us and was super proactive about helping us lock-in and secure a room when a price dip appeared unexpectedly. We had a similar experience when our flight was unexpectedly canceled - Sue notified us immediately, calmly laid out our options, and helped us lock into a new flight. She also guided us through what we found to be confusing options for traveler's insurance. On top of all of that Sue was also willing to handle ad hoc inquiries that popped up as we neared the day of departure. The entire experience was just easy for us, and would not have been without Sue's expertise. Thank you Sue for helping us put together a vacation that we will remember for the rest of our lives. We are likely to travel again with our younger daughter in two years and will certainly hope to work with Sue again."

Traveling on the "shoulder season" had the great advantage of smaller crowds on the boat and in the cities. Budapest and Prague are sublime and not to be missed. Avalon includes informative, guided tours of the bigger cities. These were a great introduction! Our personal favorite add-on excursion was to Cesky Krumlov, a medieval gem in the Czech Republic. The Avalon Panorama boat was extremely well designed with understated elegance. The staff was very helpful and engaging. It was such a memorable trip!!!"

"I have been thinking of you and want to thank you so much for the coordination of our fabulous trip to Cuba. Cuba was amazing...we both loved the tour. We had a diverse group of 21 and then a total of 24 which included the tour director, tour guide, and bus driver. The accommodation was very good and the food was excellent...no complaints there. Almost too much food. The groups we met with were very well chosen, diverse, extremely talented, and excited to host Americans. It is a beautiful country, still in a time warp, but now is the time to go. Soon it will change and an increase in tourism will add problems.

I will add that our group was very compatible....ages ranged from mid-forties to mid-eighties. Truly a great trip...so glad we went."

"I have just gotten home from the Avalon Riverboat tour of Prague to Paris. It was amazing. The ship far exceeded my expectations. The floor-to-ceiling window view was unbelievable, the food was delicious, and lots of variety. The rooftop deck was a bonus. Having everything taken care of for you was the best, from transfers, hotels, and daily tours. Our cruise director Danielle worked around the clock to ensure that everything went smoothly and was always available for questions or help. We would definitely do this again. We just need to decide which tour!"

"We were referred to Sue by friends who booked a European river cruise through her and were extremely satisfied, so we chose to go with her. We booked the Rhine River Cruise starting in Basel, Switzerland, and ending in Amsterdam and added four days in Paris at the end. Sue was very patient with my many questions and worries and answered all my questions promptly. She gave us a "book" that contained all the information we'd need on our cruise, excursions, and add-on to Paris (including phone numbers and contacts at each place), and before we left she reviewed every detail with us. Before we got to O'Hare airport, I received a message from Sue that the first leg of our cruise would not happen because of the high water levels on the Rhine and that we'd start the cruise in Strasbourg, France. She told us there'd be a motorcoach taking us from our hotel to the ship the next day. Other people going on our cruise were unaware of the delay and change in departure plans. The trip was a wonderful experience thanks to Sue and her meticulous assistance and communication."

She worked around our schedule, which was great for us. Our Disney Cruise turned out to be even better than we expected it to be. We didn't expect to enjoy it as much as we did. If you like Disney, then a Disney Cruise will take that up by 10. The Characters are very accessible, the food is all-inclusive and delicious, and the service is spot-on. The Cast Member interaction was, probably, the best part. Photographers remembered our children based on their outfits from the first day of the cruise. Even the Cruise Director got on one knee and assisted my son with a question about the best place to watch the fireworks (which were really fun to see over the ocean). It is definitely something that we plan to do again in the future :-)"

"The resort was absolutely fantastic! By far the best that we have ever been to. They upgraded us when we got there and honestly believe we were in the best room location on the entire resort. We were at the corner of the pool and the ocean. Wonderful waking up every morning and being right next to the ocean. The staff was wonderful and we had our own private butler the entire time which was very nice. Didn't take full advantage of it but every night we came back to the room they had different things set up in the room whether it be rose petals, candles, or bottles of wine. "THANK YOU for planing our cruise to the Southern Caribbean on RCI. We really appreciate your attention to detail. Our average temperature was 83.6 degrees, love it! We arrived in San Juan a day early and your hotel recommendation was very nice. It was a 1200 sq. ft. one-bedroom sweet, clean spacious, and comfortable. Also a rooftop infinity pool, small but cool. The Cruise was FANTASTIC! Four of the ports we have never been to and were great. Our favorite was Granada. The people were very nice and our excursion to the Western part of the island was super. "We are home and what a wonderful trip we had!!! We can't thank you enough for all your help with this. We were really happy with Monograms!!! It was a lifesaver to have them taking care of our pickups and departures and getting us to our hotel. After seeing the mass confusion at the train stations it was nice to know they walked us right up to our train car and made sure we got on!! When we got to the hotel they had the rooms all checked in and we just had to wait for them to give us our keys, they did a little orientation speech and by then our luggage was in our room. The local hosts were very helpful with local info tips and the city sightseeing guides did a great job explaining the sights and we got to see the major highlights with them. So glad we did the Vatican/Colosseum "free" tour in Rome. I could not believe the lines for the Vatican for those not on a tour!!"
